Thoughts on the future
I read something interesting a few minutes ago, that got me thinking enough to put it out on the internet (cuz, yanno, that’s totally hard to get me to do). It was a quote by Danielle LaPorte, and I’m probably going to botch it but hopefully the message gets through…
If you dont like something or it’s not clicking, drop it like a bad habit.
Interestingly enough, when I read that I thought of my blog. It’s not that I don’t love writing or presenting my thoughts to the web, but lately it hasn’t been clicking. I haven’t *had* to do it. In fact, it’s felt like a chore, and like laundry, I put it off until the hamper is full and feel obligated to kick it off. Honestly, that’s not fair to myself, or to anyone who has done me the courtesy of reading what I have to say.
So what does this mean? Honestly, I’m not certain. Occasional posts? Maybe. Scrapping it this site and starting something new? Entirely possible. With digital media, the sky is pretty much the limit. What I do know is I had ideas for change in June and I never saw them through, which does not sit well with me, but I don’t think this is the forum I want to see those changes live in. Obviously, as things do shift and change and grow, I will say something on here, or on Twitter.
But change is coming. Let’s grow.

I’ll be curious what you decide to do! Having popped in and out of the blogging world myself, and flipped back and forth between enthusiasm and lethargy when it comes to posting, I TOTALLY get where you’re coming from.
Good luck with whatever you decide… sounds like you’re on the verge of some sort of creative change, hope it’s a fun & exciting one!

First off, thank you for the comment!! Mind if I ask what you use to set your mind towards posting (or not)?
I’m definitely on the verge — I hope it’ll be a creative, fun, exciting change, but it may just be a small Liz-splosion! Maybe I need to start putting out adverts for someone to kick my ass in gear for me, haha.
